By accessing or using getpeckish.app ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Webitt Digital Agency, the operator of Peckish ("Peckish", "we", "us"), a business registered in Trinidad & Tobago.
Peckish is a food directory for Trinidad & Tobago. You can find places to eat, check opening hours, read and leave reviews, and save spots. Business owners can claim their listing to update hours, photos, and contact details.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Peckish. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@getpeckish.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
a) Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit to Peckish (reviews, spot submissions, edits, and other contributions). By submitting content, you grant Peckish a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform and in promotional materials related to Peckish.

We may remove content that violates these standards at our discretion. We are not obligated to monitor all content but will act on reports of abuse. Reviews and submissions are public.
Listing information on Peckish is sourced from Google Places, community submissions, and business owners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing information including but not limited to opening hours, prices, menus, addresses, or contact details.
Always verify critical information directly with the establishment before visiting. Peckish accepts no liability for loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate listing data.
Business owners may claim their listing to manage their information on Peckish. By claiming a listing you confirm you are an authorised representative of that business. Providing false information to claim a listing you do not represent is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal action.
Peckish offers featured placement for businesses. Featured status is managed manually by our team. Pricing is available on request. Featured placement does not guarantee any specific level of traffic or customer enquiries.
The Platform does not include a self-serve checkout for featured placement. Where you purchase featured placement, payment, invoicing, and any refund or cancellation terms are agreed with you in writing (for example by email) at the time of purchase, unless we state otherwise.

The Peckish name, logo, design, and original content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Webitt Digital Agency. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Restaurant names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, Peckish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
